Why Sumter Homeowners Choose Us
We know the concrete around here. Older homes in Hampton Park and Savage-Glover, from about 1910 to 1930, can have worn slabs and patched floors. Brick ranches and newer subdivisions have their own quirks. Add humid summers, with July highs averaging 90.2°F (Wikipedia, Sumter, South Carolina), and moisture in the slab matters. We plan for it.
We do the prep and coating work ourselves, so the person who walks your floor at the estimate knows the job. We travel US 15, US 76/378 and SC 441 to reach Sumter, Manning, Bishopville, Camden and the areas between. We are open Mon–Fri 7am–5pm and Sat 8am–12pm.
How we work
- Free on-site estimate. We look at the floor, check for cracks, stains and old coatings, and talk through color and finish.
- Written quote. You get one clear quote listing the prep, the coating system and the days the work takes.
- Grind and repair. We diamond-grind the concrete, fill cracks and joints, and clean the surface before any coating goes on.
- Coat and finish. We apply the coating system in stages and finish with the color and texture you chose.
